I need to do more of this and less WiiFit. The Cards could really help by playing well. I know that seems dumb, but my problem with cardio has always been boredom, and I’ve lost enough weight that being shaped like a bowling ball isn’t a motivator anymore. 

I need to be accountable to myself, and to you guys.

Update: 1,200+ calories burned tonight. Not too bad.

By December 2nd, the day before my 31st birthday, I will weigh 227 pounds (or less). That’s a weight loss of 100 pounds (or more). That will also be the day I complete my first circuit of P90X. Tough, but exciting, times ahead.

I did 8 sets tonight of 10 curls, 8 overhead presses, and 12 shoulder crunches with these bad boys. Without breaks between the movements, I was surprised to find the weight was right for each workout. I’m about to go to bed, but I feel great right now, like a million bucks, and I’m looking forward to a repeat performance tomorrow if I am not too taxed after my softball game.
Note: Those say 40 lbs, in case you can’t read them. I wasn’t sure I had it in me.
